Paz De La Huerta Says Harvey Weinstein Raped Her Twice "Boardwalk Empire"

"Boardwalk Empire" actress Paz de la Huerta says producer Harvey Weinstein raped her on two separate occasions.

Weinstein made a sexual mistake, de la Huerta said that the former studio executive forced himself in October 2010 after offering to drive him home after a night out. Back at de Huerta's apartment in New York City, he said, Weinstein took off his clothes and raped him.

"As soon as we entered the house, he started kissing me and I kinda brushed him," the actress told Vanity Fair. "Then he pushed me to the bed and his trousers down and he lifted up my skirt I was scared ... It disagrees ... It happened very quickly ... He put himself in me ... When he's done he said he would call me, I was a little lying in bed in shock. "

After the incident, de la Huerta said Weinstein repeatedly tried to contact him by phone, prompting the actress to face him at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles.

He said the incident happened again some time later, after Weinstein appeared in the lobby of his building after the photo shoot. De la Huerta remembered it that night and could not give a blessing.

"I do not know anything, I'm very scared," he told the outlet. "I did not say no, and when he was at my peak, I said, 'I do not want to do this.' He kept crashing into me and it was disgusting, he was like a pig ... He raped me. "

De la Huerta first met Weinstein at the age of 14, who had been thrown into the "House Cider Rules," produced by Miramax, the Weinstein company helping to run at the time. The actress is probably best known for her role as Lucy Danziger, the one-time girlfriend for Steve Buscemi's character in the gangster saga HBO "Boardwalk Empire," which premiered before the first rape.

De la Huerta said that the attack was on a dangerous path, damaging his career as he suffered from depression and developed a dependence on alcohol.

"I am very traumatized," he said. "I feel so disgusted with it, with myself ... I'm getting a little self-destructive It's very difficult for me to handle, to overcome it."
