Lou Diamond Phillips was proven arrested Friday morning in Texas on suspicion of driving under his influence.
Phillips was taken into custody and sent to San Patricio County Prison in Sinton, USA Today. At 8 o'clock in the morning, she still booked.
According to TMZ, Phillips was traveling in Portland, Texas when he stopped at the side. The police suspected like this may be under the influence and ask him to conduct field trials, which he failed.
Phillips, Flour Bluff High School alumni, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker for the "South Texas Sound - Bayview Old Came Coming Alive" event on Friday at Heritage Park in Corpus Christi.
Phillips representative is not immediately.
He will go to the front of the judge to get his security deposit one Friday, USA Today reported.
That does not mean the actor is just running for the law. In 2006 he claimed there was no contest to bid on domestic batteries related to his girlfriend. Phillips was sentenced to 32 months of probation, one year of in-house counseling and 200 hours of community service.
